Thomas Joise	cd235b622b	feat(onboarding): link advance/balance payment steps to real payments ... Milestone.paymentId + project_milestone.payment_id (SQLite + Postgres, additive). setMilestone(..., paymentId?) resolves the payment's received_on to stamp done_on when a payment-step tick links a real payment; the linked payment must belong to the same client. api.ts threads paymentId from the milestone POST body.
