Tickets: WORK page with whole-desk status chips + counts, Mine filter, search, honest pager, per-row assign + status quick actions, Drop behind confirm, New-ticket dialog (client type-ahead, branch select, module/kind datalists). Client 360: Tickets tab (client-scoped, same actions) + Branches section (add/rename/deactivate) + per-module ServiceDataCard (provider/username, portal password ••••/Reveal/Copy managerial-only, editable labeled details, remark).
