A hillside retreat above Vandiperiyar, its timber pavilions opening to the forested valleys of the Western Ghats. Wood-lined pitched roofs sit over plank floors behind full-height glazing, and at dusk the interiors glow warm against the mist. Rooms carry dark timber joinery, shuttered doors and balconies set into the greenery.
