A three-storey house stepping down a sloped Pathanamthitta site, held above the road by a stone gabion wall and reached by a stepped path. White rendered volumes stack beneath deep timber-lined soffits, with cantilevered balconies, vertical timber screens and full-height glazing. Interiors carry the timber through fluted headboard panelling and joinery set against marble feature walls and muted green accents.
